What to do if you are not assigned to a residence
If you are unable to access your residence on the Serobe residence management platform, it may be because your residence administrator has not yet assigned you. Residence administrators manage resident assignments, as they have access to official records of who has been allowed into the residence.
How to Get Assigned:
Contact Your Residence Administrator
- Reach out to your residence admin and request to be added to your residence on Serobe.
- They will verify your details and update the system accordingly.
Check for Errors
- If you believe you've been assigned but still can't access your residence, confirm with your admin that your details were entered correctly.
