Switching Between Management and Student Dashboard

If you have both a **student** and **management** role, you can easily switch between your student dashboard and your management (workspace) dashboard. This allows you to access both your personal residence features and your property management tools from a single account.

Who Can Switch Profiles?

Profile switching is available to users who meet **one** of these criteria:

- Users with a **management** role (`owner` or property manager)
- Students who are part of a **residence management team**

If you only have a student role without management responsibilities, you will only see the student dashboard.

How to Switch from Student Dashboard to Management Dashboard

Desktop (Web Browser)

1. **Sign in** to your Serobe account
2. While on your **student dashboard**, look for the **user menu** in the top-right corner of the screen (your profile picture/avatar)
3. **Click** on your avatar to open the dropdown menu
4. Select **"Switch profile"** from the dropdown options
5. You will be redirected to your **management dashboard** (workspace)

How to Switch from Management Dashboard to Student Dashboard

Desktop (Web Browser)

1. While in your **management dashboard (workspace)**, look for the **user menu** in the top-right corner (your profile picture/avatar)
2. **Click** on your avatar to open the dropdown menu
3. Select **"Switch profile"** from the dropdown options
4. You will be redirected to your **student dashboard**
